Panchakarma Therapy

Panchakarma (Sodhana Chikitsa) is a classical Ayurvedic detox therapy that cleanses the body deeply by eliminating accumulated toxins (Ama). It helps balance the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—thereby improving digestion, boosting energy, and supporting long-term health and natural healing.
