Ayurveda
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest systems of holistic healing, originating in India more than 5,000 years ago. The word Ayurveda is derived from Sanskrit, where Ayur means life and Veda means knowledge or science. Ayurveda focuses on maintaining balance between body, mind, and spirit to promote health and prevent disease.
Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a specialized branch of Ayurveda that focuses on cleansing the accumulated toxins (Ama form the body). It is a powerful detoxification and rejuvenation therapy designed to restore balance of the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and promote overall health, vigor and vitality.
